Our Warranty & Policys

We stand behind the quality of our parts and repairs. While unexpected issues can happen, your satisfaction is our priority. Our warranty and policies are designed to give you confidence and peace of mind.

Cancellation & Diagnostic Fee Policy

Unity Repair collects a diagnostic and/or parts order fee upfront when a repair is approved. This fee covers the time, labor, and resources required to inspect the device, diagnose the issue, and—when applicable—order necessary parts.

If the repair is declined for any reason, the diagnostic/order fee is non‑refundable.

This includes situations where:

• The device is determined to be unrepairable

• The repair is declined by the technician due to safety, feasibility, or other concerns

• The customer cancels the repair after diagnostics or part ordering has begun

The fee ensures that the time and materials invested in evaluating or preparing for the repair are covered, even if the repair does not move forward.

Warranty Policy

All battery replacements performed by Unity Repair include a 1‑year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only, such as abnormal performance or failure not caused by external factors.

What Is Not Covered

The battery warranty does not apply if the device shows signs of:

• Physical damage (drops, cracks, bent frame, pressure damage)

• Liquid damage or moisture exposure

• Misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs

• Normal wear‑and‑tear over time

Any physical or liquid damage after the battery replacement voids the battery warranty and the original repair warranty.

Important Notes & Examples

• Battery health naturally decreases with regular use; this is not considered a defect.

• If the device has additional damage unrelated to the battery replacement, that damage is not covered.

• Example: If a battery is replaced but the device has existing back‑glass damage, the battery warranty remains valid only if no new damage occurs. If new damage appears or affects the battery or device, both the battery warranty and the original repair warranty are void.
